Board member Robin Horwarth was interviewed on Outdoor Journal Radio! 

Here are the details of the interview:

“As mentioned last week, the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry is proposing to close the hunting and trapping season for wolves and coyotes, over a large area of Central and Northern Ontario. Robin Horwath from the Ontario Fur Managers Federation, will join Angelo with his thoughts on this proposal.”

Robin Horwarth shared his thoughts on the OFMF stance following the interview: “The OFMF goal is to make sure that evidence based science used in Management Decision making in Ontario. Political and emotions based agendas using pseudo science should not be the driver in protection of wildlife and furbearers.”
